Hi-
I am Shauna, Casey's best friend from middle school. I wanted to start this blog to show the outpouring of love and prayer that is happening all around the world for Rylan and the Shirley family. Blake and Casey have shown us all what God's love is all about. Please feel free to post messages to the family and I hope that instead of Casey sending us all emails that we can follow this miracle that is occurring right in front of our eyes on this blog. Casey has always been my inspiration but her perseverance and strength has inspired me even more to be a better Mom, wife and friend. I pray that they know that they are covered in prayer and as their family and friends, we will get them through this challenging time in their life with prayer, love and support. We serve a miraculous, healing, amazing God. He is the great Physician and he has baby Rylan wrapped up in his arms and has great plans for her life. Thank you sweet Jesus for this miracle as well as Rylan's 3 sisters at home.

If we suffer with him, we will reign with him.
I have been thinking about you guys and praying for baby Rylan since I heard the news last night. Please let us know if there is anything at all that we can do to help out with the girls.

ReplyDeleteI will do whatever I can to help. Rylan has been added to prayer list at my Mom's church in Corpus Christi, Texas. You are an amazing women and incredible Mom with an wonderful husband to stand by you and support your family.
I do not know you but I have been reading your updates through forwarded emails. My husband and I are missionaries in Belize. I wanted you to know that Rylan was lifted up in prayer tonight with over 1,000 believers. Your baby now occupies a spot in over 1,000 peoples' hearts and they are carrying around her story and praying. Be strong in our Lord, Jesus Christ and know that Rylan may only be 9 days old but she has touched hearts around the world!

ReplyDeleteYou are amazing!!! God, be with our little buttercup as we are believing in a complete healing of her body. Give Casey and Blake strength and guidance in the next step. Lord, we pray for knowledge of the doctors and nurses. We pray for the family and friends to support and help this precious couple through a trying time. Lord, we know you are in control!

ReplyDeleteI wanted to let you know, i will be saying special prayer for you and baby Rylan. Be strong and keep you head up. She may be a little one but she is very strong and i know she will be fine. Just look into those little eyes and show her love and give her kisses and hugs to help her get strong everyday. I know GOD will take care of her and take all the pain away. Be strong !

Not only are people praying and lifting your family up, but many of us are inspired by your various challenges with all of your angel babies- and how faithfully you believe that God can and will heal Baby Rylan- then that many more people will be drawn to Him because of her.
